A.J. DHALIWAL is an Attorney currently working on a due diligence matter for a major medical device manufacturer. A.J. specializes in due diligence compliance requirements under the FCPA and other foreign and domestic laws and regulations.

As part of his pro bono activities, A.J. is a member of Washington D.C.’s Chapter of the Sikh Coalition, where he has worked to advocate rules and laws that are respectful of human and civil rights and helped create an environment where Sikhs are respected and racial prejudice is eliminated.

A.J. earned his B.A. in Criminology and Political Science from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada. He earned his J.D. from Western New England College School of Law and LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from The George Washington University Law School. A.J. is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
