PUNEET ARORA is an employee
benefits attorney with the National Office of Employee Plans, Rulings &
Agreements, a part of the IRS’s Tax Exempt and Government Entities Division
(TE/GE) in Washington D.C. In
this capacity, Puneet regularly drafts Private Letter Rulings, Technical Advice
and Assistance Memoranda, and IRS Guidance and Publications related to a
variety of employee benefit issues.
Prior to joining the IRS, Mr. Arora was in private practice as an associate at
a law firm in Chicago. Puneet received his Bachelor of Arts from the
University of Illinois
at Urbana/Champaign, his J.D. from John
Marshall Law
School and is currently pursuing
a Masters of Law (LLM) in Employee Benefits.
He is a member of the Illinois Bar.
