RASHI MITTAL is an Antitrust Litigation and Federal Regulation attorney, working in the Washington D.C. office of a national law firm, Mintz Levin. In 2004, she received her B.A. with Honors in Public Policy and Economics from Stanford University. In 2008, she received a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and served on the International Law Journal there. She is the author of "The Importance of Early Considerations and Exit Strategies in Structuring an International Joint Venture in India," article published in the June 2010 issue of Bloomberg Law Reports. Rashi also recently served as panel producer for the India track of the TiECON East 2010 conference, an event designed to foster and support entrepreneurship. She has also served on the Board of Boston Bar Association, and the South Asian Bar Association Greater Boston. She was also involved with the Boston chapter of the American India Foundation. She is currently serving on the Programming Committee of the NASABA convention and also serving as the the Professional Co-Chair of the NetIP DC Conference.
