Hardeep has most recently been working with start-up wineries and breweries in the San Francisco Bay area. As outside counsel for the Entourage Wine Group and Evolve Wines, he advised and acted on issues ranging from trademark protection, to market recognition, and TTB licensing. His prior experience includes defending a pharmaceutical company during a DOJ investigation, international complex litigation based on a large scale-ponzi scheme, and development work in the middle east with the Department of Commerce.
As a native Washingtonian, Hardeep obtained his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, and a B.A. in Economics from George Mason University. He is admitted to the California bar, with D.C. admission currently pending.
