MILAN DALAL currently serves as Legislative Director for a senior Democratic congressman, where his portfolio includes Financial Services and Armed Services issues.

Prior to joining the Hill, Mr. Dalal practiced law in Boston, where he represented start-up companies.  He has a keen interest in economic development and foreign affairs, has published articles on international law, and has presented on “Strategies for the Economic Reconstruction of Iraq” at the U.S. Naval Academy.  He is a native of Iowa
